President Trump had a busy weekend in Florida after declaring a national emergency to get border wall funding. Meantime the Defense Department is looking to where the money will come from without affecting other parts of the military. NBC News Radio’s Michael Bower joins Tony.

Chicago police say they "urgently" want to speak with “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett after interrogations of two men "shifted the trajectory" of the investigation.
