The Mayor is responding to videos that surfaced this weekend of an LMPD officer punching a man after a traffic stop.  He talks with Tony in this week's visit.

TIME Magazine announced the shortlist for its 2018 Person of the Year.  The title, which dates back to 1927 (when it was called "Man of the Year"),  is given to the person or group of people who the magazine's editors deem to have had the greatest impact on the year's events, good or bad.  Some of the names they're floating this year are:   President Trump (2016's Person of the Year), Vladimir Putin, Christine Blasey Ford, Jamal Khashoggi and Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex.  Among the groups being considered is the  March For Our Lives Activists, a group of students advocating for gun control reform. So who do you think should be the Person of the Year? Cheri has a look at the list with Tony.

President Trump is still vetting candidates for the White House Chief of Staff position, meanwhile the former head of the FBI is urging Americans to oust Trump in 2020….all of this under the cloud of the Russia investigation. NBC News Radio's Michael Bower will has a look at what the future holds for the President.  

The European Court of Justice ruled Monday that Britain can cancel Brexit without the permission of the other 27 EU members. The decision came as Theresa May announced a Commons vote on whether to approve her deal would be postponed.  ABC's Tom Rivers following developments in London and checks in with Tony.

The U.S. and China remain at odds over the arrest of a Chinese telecom executive in Canada.  China has demanded her immediate release.  What's her status, and will she be extradited to the U.S. to face charges?
