Migrants attempting to enter the United States through the southern border are finding a patchwork of policies and practices complicating their attempts to legally come into the country. Depending upon which port-of-entry is approached, migrants may or may not be allowed to apply for asylum.  ABC's Jim Ryan is following and breaks it down with Tony.

It was an exhausting week for investors, even though there were only four trading sessions.
