A teacher is out of a job in Georgia and says he has "no regrets".  In today's "Video of the Day" you see 61 year old Tim Garner wrap his hands around a student's neck after he asked a 17 year old student who he described as a troubled teen with a violent past, to clean up a mess he made.  Atlanta's WSB-TV reporter Michael Seiden asks Garner “I don’t know if you have children yourself, but when you look at that video, do you justify your actions?"  To which Garner replies “Absolutely”.  Garner went on to say "I was in fear of a head-butt or something like that or carrying something,"  What say you?  It all starts at :39 in.  It's today's "Video of the Day" 

JCPS Superintendent Marty Pollio is off and running for another school year.  He stops by to sit down with Tony Cruise on Kentuckiana's Morning News to talk about the district and what he sees moving forward.
