How in the world did he survive this????  Just how quick can things change?  See for yourself in today's "Video of the Day"!  (Yes, he did survive)

Mayor Greg Fischer joins Tony to talk about the success of the SummerWorks program and excitement as kids get back to school, plus more questions surround the Explorer investigation.

President Trump has rolled out his trillion-dollar plan to fix the nation’s roads, bridges and tunnels and he’s begun to promote the proposal during public appearances across the country. Metropolitan Police have arrested the driver of a vehicle after he crashed into the barriers outside British Parliament in Westminster. Police also said a "number" of pedestrians were injured. All of the injuries are considered non-life-threatening. The London Ambulance Service said two people were taken to the hospital, but their injuries are not considered serious. Police would not tell ABC News whether they are treating it as a terror incident at this point.  Tony talks with ABC News' Tom Rivers in London about the latest.

One of the four Vermont Democrats seeking the party nomination to run for governor in the fall election isn't old enough to vote, let alone drive. Ethan Sonneborn, 14, of Bristol, met the requirements to be on the primary ballot and is taking his place among the state's more senior candidates on today's primary ballot. And lest you dismiss him as a precocious juvenile, listen to what he said recently at a televised gubernatorial forum: "I think Vermonters should take me seriously because I have practical, progressive ideas, and I happen to be 14, not the other way around," Sonneborn said. "I think that my message and my platform transcend age." Sounds like the kid has some big ideas. How does he stack up against his competitors? And how is it a 14-year old can be on the ballot anyway?
