Vacation season is wrapping up as families get ready to send kids back to school soon.  Many of them paid a visit to Disney as did this dad who sums up his experience in 1 minute and 44 seconds.  See for yourself in today's "Video of the Day"!

They’ve been the subject of controversy, debate and lawsuits. August 1st was the date that it would be legal to download blueprints to create a plastic handgun with a 3D printer. The instructions for the Liberator were to be published on a website run by nonprofit Defense Distributed. Advocates say the Second Amendment guarantees the right to own the printable gun; critics fear it could fall into the wrong hands. Now a judge has stepped in to halt the publication of the plans – for now.  Jim has the latest.

If those newly revealed fake Facebook accounts are associated with Russian entities, it is yet another reminder that Russia is continuing its efforts to sow discord across America, disrupt our political process and weaken our nation. It is almost a certainty that Russia seeks to undermine our democracy and their continued attacks represent an existential threat to our national security. In light of the fact that now even Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen and Vice President Pence acknowledge Russia interfered with the 2016 election, what steps are being taken right now to shut them out and prevent more meddling -- and more harm.

There is news out of both Japan and North Korea as Tokyo now says it is ready for trade talks AND there is new information that North Korea may be continuing missile production…and what is the latest on the remains of servicemen recently returned to the U.S.

The Federal Open Market Committee meeting wraps up its two-day meeting and will deliver its interest rates decision today. The FOMC decided at its June meeting to raise the target range for the federal funds rate from 1.5-1.75% to 1.75-2%. In a recent CNBC interview, President Trump bucked tradition by speaking out against the fed's actions to raise rates.  What can we expect?
