The summit with North Korea is on. Then it's off. Then it's on again; the Iran nuclear situation remains unresolved; gas prices are at their highest in four years; and a record number of women are winning Democratic primaries. Will Republicans keep the House because more voters believe President Trump is making America and its economy great again? Or are other forces coming into play?
