Plus, the North Korean delegation says it’s willing to meet with the U.S., according to South Korean officials. And a South Korean intelligence source confirms a report to ABC News that Russian hackers are believed to have tried to gain access to computers at the Olympics, allegedly trying to make it look like North Korea was responsible.
