The investigation into the Russian involvement in the Presidential election continues to heat up as another short-term spending deal comes up on Capitol Hill.  NBC News Radio's Sharon Reid is inside the beltway and has the latest with Tony.


Monday marked the largest single-day drop in the history of the Dow Jones Industrial Average in terms of index points. At one point, the Dow was down more than 1,600 points before slightly rebounding at the closing bell.  The previous record decline for the Dow came on September 29, 2008, at the height of the global financial crisis, when it fell 778 points. But all is not lost: the Dow is still up 21% compared to a year ago.  Why you shouldn't panic.  Bloomberg's Courtney Donohoe joins Tony.


How will President Trump handle the Democrats’ memo -- especially in light of the fact that he used the “t” word Monday when describing the Congress members’ less-than-enthusiastic response to his State of the Union last week?  On the other hand, with the new budget deadline looming at the end of this week -- not to mention yesterday’s Dow losses  --  what's to be gained by rattling the Democrats’ cages?  ABC News Political Analyst Alex Castellanos joins Tony to break it down.
