Residents of Alaska woke overnight to tsunami warnings.  How often does this happen and why did this cause such concern?  CBS News' Carey Anderson was one of those concerned and talks with Tony about life in an earthquake zone.

Depending on who was tweeting, It was either #Schumershutdown or #TrumpShutdown that ended Monday.  After a weekend of finger pointing on both sides, Democrats agreed to end the shutdown in exchange for a six-year extension of CHIP and a promise that they'll get a DACA vote within the next few weeks.   But is that just setting up another – and bigger -- fight three weeks from now?  What needs to be done to make the stopgap agreement a permanent one?  ABC's Brad Mielke joins Tony with a breakdown.
