Millions of Southern Californians are being affected by the wildfires that are burning out of control, with no relief in sight.  NBC News Radio's Jayson Campadonia is in Los Angeles and joins Joe.

Minnesota Sen. Al Franken appears on the verge of resigning after fellow Democrats led by female senators abandoned him yesterday over the mounting allegations of sexual misconduct that are roiling Capitol Hill.  ABC's Brad Mielke joins Joe.

Muslims across the Middle East warned Wednesday of disastrous consequences after President Trump recognized Jerusalem as Israel's capital.  In Gaza, hundreds of Palestinian protesters burned American and Israeli flags and waved Palestinian flags and banners proclaiming Jerusalem as "our eternal capital" and calling recognition of it as Israel's capital a "red line" and Palestinian officials declared the Mideast peace process "finished." Palestinian Prime Minister, Rami Hamdallah, met with European diplomats on Wednesday and told them that the expected U.S. shift on Jerusalem "will fuel conflict and increase violence in the entire region."  ABC's Jordanna Miller is in Jerusalem and has the latest with Joe.
