The House Republican-backed tax plan released last week would add $1.7 trillion to the deficit over the next decade, according to a new review by the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office. The plan adds $1.4 trillion to the deficit, but that figure goes up to $1.7 trillion with interest, according to the CBO. The Senate is working on its own version of the bill, which will be released after the House Ways and Means Committee finishes marking it up. ABC's Brad Miekle breaks it down with Tony.
