Two months after Hurricane-turned-Tropical Storm Harvey inundated Houston with historic rains and devastating flooding, the Bayou City is celebrating its first-ever World Series trophy. The Houston Astros dominated the L.A. Dodgers in Wednesday’s Game 7 and today will lead a parade through downtown. Player after player has called the Astros’ victory a victory for the entire storm-battered city.  ABC's Jim Ryan is there and dials in w/Tony.
