Weather conditions are slowly starting to improve in California as parts of the state continue to battle wildfires that have killed at least 40.  Fire officials say they are making progress and some evacuation orders have been lifted, but the fight is not over yet.  Many evacuees are anxious to get home and assess the damage.  ABC’s Alex Stone is in Santa Rosa, California, where he’s been reporting from the fireline and talks with Tony.
