A magnitude-7.1 earthquake rattled central Mexico on Tuesday, killing at least 139 people and destroying over two dozen buildings in Mexico City.  Emergency officials were responding to reports of people trapped under rubble and an estimated 3.8 million were without electricity. The quake struck on the 32nd anniversary of the biggest earthquake to ever hit the country’s capital, one that left thousands dead.  ABC’s Alex Stone started heading to Mexico last night and talks with Tony en route.
