An explosion aboard a London train this morning is being investigated as a terrorist incident, according to London police. The explosion occurred as the train was stopped at the Parsons Green stop on London's tube just before 9am local time. London Ambulance said they were on the scene with multiple resources, including ambulance crews, incident response officers and its hazardous response team.
