Restoring electricity to Floridians is a major operation right now. Crews are coming in from across the country. Florida Power and Light says they have already restored electricity to 2.3 million people in the state. But there are millions more still without. Meanwhile the death toll climbed to 17 people -- 12 from Florida and many from car crashes in the aftermath. It's feared that number will keep going up.
