This is only the second time on Earth -- since satellites began tracking them about 40 years ago -- that a storm has maintained 185 mph winds for more than 24 hours.  The other one, according to a Colorado State University meteorology professor, hit the Philippines in 2013 and that killed more than 6,000 people.  The professor went on to say that "this thing is a buzzsaw," and he's "glad Floridians are taking it very seriously."  ABC's Jim Ryan is on the ground in Florida and has the latest with Tony.

The Kentucky Labor Cabinet is hosting the first ever Kentucky Registered Apprenticeship Summit, September 11-12 at the Seelbach Hotel in Louisville to discuss registered apprenticeships across Kentucky with businesses, educators and others and Labor Secretary Derrick Ramsey wants you to be a part of it.  He joins Tony with the details.
