With fresh memories of the devastation wrought by Harvey along the Texas coast, people living in Miami are preparing for the arrival of Irma, a major hurricane packing maximum, sustained winds of 185 miles per hour. The governor is ready to order evacuations of low-lying areas along the coast and shelters are hurriedly being stocked with cots and supplies to accommodate tens of thousands.  Jim is once again in the path of a major storm to bring us the latest.  ABC's Jim Ryan is there and talks with Tony.
