More tough words are being exchanged between President Trump and North Korea after North Korea threatens to attack Guam.  NBC News Radio National Correspondent Joe Gomez is covering inside the beltway and takes a look with Tony.

As the verbal threats between the United States and North Korea continued on Wednesday, ABC's Martha Raddatz reported that United States Pacific Command (USPACOM) has been doing updated war planning focusing on defensive measures.  What happens if the sanctions don't work and Kim Jong-un continues to make progress on a nuclear tip missile or some other measure and the time for words has passed?   Admiral Harward, a retired United States Navy SEAL and a former Deputy Commander of the United States Central Command under the leadership command of General James Mattis, can speak to the United States' position.  Tony talks with the Admiral.
