A Louisville murder suspect who police say admitted to a shooting is granted home incarceration.  Twenty-year-old Deandre Williams is charged with murder for the shooting of 20-year-old Robert Leachman on Wednesday.  Not everyone is happy about this.  How is the Louisville Metro Police reacting?  Tony talks with LMPD Ofc. Vadim Dale.  

Special Counsel Robert Mueller is using a grand jury in Washington as part of an investigation into potential coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia, according to a person familiar with the probe.  NBC News Radio's Joe Gomez has more with Tony.

From Oklahoma City north into Kansas, people felt a powerful shaking on Wednesday night – an earthquake of  magnitude 4.2. It was preceded by days of smaller tremors and has been followed by aftershocks measuring 3.0 and above. Now the state’s energy regulators have begun an investigation in hopes of finding the source of the shaking.  Jim Ryan joins Tony.
