College administrators around the country will be watching Texas on Tuesday, as the state’s “campus carry” statute is expanded to include community colleges, where about 700-thousand students are enrolled. Firearms will be allowed in most campus buildings, with the exception of performance halls and child-care centers. Four-year public colleges and universities already allow concealed handguns; most private institutions have refused.  ABC's Jim Ryan is following and breaks it down with Tony.
