Drama continues to unfold in Washington as President Trump uses Twitter to make a policy decision over transgender in the military and attack Attorney General Jeff Sessions... will he ultimately step down? NBC National Correspondent Joe Gomez is covering all of the latest from Washington DC and takes a look with Tony.

Thursday marks the anniversary of the end of the Korean War.  The US is keeping an eye on activities in North Korea as word comes that they will soon be able to launch intercontinental ballistic missiles capable of carrying nuclear weapons. NBC News Radio Correspondent Bill Zimpfer has the latest from the Foreign Desk and breaks it down with Tony.

Current and former Justice Department officials are offering their support to embattled Attorney General Jeff Sessions.   U.S. Attorney Jill Rose of the Western District of North Carolina has been with the Justice Department for nearly two decades.  On Wednesday she told ABC News that Sessions “enjoys wide support” among federal prosecutors like herself. Meanwhile, the president again criticized Sessions on Twitter Wednesday morning, saying "Why didn't A.G. Sessions replace Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe, a Comey friend who was in charge of Clinton investigation...?"  The president has the power to do that himself as it turns out, but the White House wouldn't say why he hasn't.  Tony looks further with ABC's Aaron Katersky.
