St. Louis is following the lead of New Orleans and, by the end of the week, a controversial monument celebrating Missouri’s place in the Confederacy will be taken down. The 32-foot granite pillar, erected long after the Civil War had ended, features a figure of “The Angel of the Spirit of the Confederacy.” Efforts to remove it from public display were launched after the murders of nine blacks parishioners at Emanuel AME Church in South Carolina.  Tony talks with ABC's Jim Ryan
