In a perfect world...all flight are on time..and there are plenty of aisle seats.....but anyone who flies on a regular basis....knows better. Now a website for fliers is out with a report card on the airlines. ABC's Daria Albinger checked it out.

New Orleans police have charged the suspect in Saturday's horrific crash in the Mid-City section of town with a long list of felonies related to the injury of more than two dozen people. Investigators believe that Neilson Rizzuto was intoxicated when his pickup truck plowed into a crowd of revelers at an annual Carnival parade. The victims included a small child and a police officer. ABC's Jim Ryan joins Tony.

Hollywood's biggest night, the Oscars, was of course Sunday night.  ABC's Jason Nathanson was there, and has all the highlights and headlines from the event that you are hearing about this morning.  Jason also talks about how Jimmy Kimmel fared as the host, to whatever political commentaries were offered throughout the evening, and less we forget the winners, losers, upsets, and poignant moments.
