(Louisville, KY) - Retiring U.S. Congressman John Yarmuth has endorsed a candidate to be his successor.
Representative Yarmuth announced his support for Kentucky's Senate Minority Leader Morgan McGarvey Monday. During a joint appearance, Yarmuth said McGarvey is a "true champion of progressive values."
Democrats hope McGarvey can help them retain their only seat among Kentucky's congressional delegation.
