The bourbon giant says that it's worked in good faith with the union representing the workers to adopt a new contract over the last few weeks. However, Heaven Hill says the two sides are at an impasse.
The union says language in the current contract could lead to employees working weekends while Heaven Hill says terms are being mischaracterized.
