(Louisville, KY) - The reward offered in the case of a murdered Jefferson County Sheriff's deputy is growing.
The Elizabethtown Police Foundation is adding a $5,000 donation to the reward fund in Deputy Brandon Shirley's murder. The reward fund now totals $80,000.
Louisville Metro Police says Deputy Shirley was killed in a targeted ambush while he was working an off-duty security job at Rockford Lane Auto Sales in Shively August 5th.
