Jefferson County School Board Meets On Using Coronavirus Relief Money

(Louisville, KY) - The Jefferson County School Board is listening to suggestions about how to spend millions of dollars in federal stimulus funding.

Some of the ideas discussed during Wednesday night's meeting included creating student support centers, improving technology for students and opening classrooms after school hours.

Others suggested more funding for early childhood education and additional money for students and their families at economically challenged schools.
