(Louisville, KY)Â -Â The artist who designed the "Say Their Names" mural says it will be restored.Â
The mural featuring Breonna Taylor, George Floyd and others killed by police was vandalized early Monday morning.Â
The mural on the Trifecta Event Productions building at 11th and Main Street was also stamped with "Patriot Front," which the Southern Poverty Law Center says is a hate group.Â
