LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Grammy-nominated rapper and Louisville native Jack Harlow was just feet away from a deadly shooting at local nightclub the night before the Kentucky Derby.
It happened at Vibes Restaurant and Ultra Lounge on River Road.
Harlow is seen in video obtained by TMZ that shows a crowd gathered around a stage, then a scuffle and the sound of a gunshot.
One woman was killed in the shooting, another person was injured. Harlow was not hurt.
Harlow had been at Churchill Downs on Oaks Day. He was scheduled to give the "Riders up!" command at the Kentucky Derby, but was replaced at the last minute by Hall of Fame trainer D. Wayne Lukas.
