Indiana Among States Resuming Use Of Johnson & Johnson Vaccine

(Indianapolis, IN) - Public health managers in Indiana didn't wait long too begin using the Johnson & Johnson coronavirus vaccine once again.

The one-does shot was offered Saturday at the mass vaccination clinic at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

The CDC cleared the shot for use on Friday. The federal government suspended the Johnson & Johnson shot because of a handful of cases of blood clots, but the CDC said the vaccine is safe enough to continue its use.
