(Frankfort, KY) - Kentucky's lowest daily COVID-19 case total since September has been reported.
Governor Andy Beshear announced 331 new cases of the virus yesterday, along with ten additional deaths. Beshear credits continuing vaccination efforts with the downward trend.
Nearly 540 people in the commonwealth are hospitalized for COVID-19-related illnesses, with 82 on ventilators.
More than 411,000 Kentuckians have tested positive for the virus and over 4,800 have died since the pandemic began.
