Jefferson County Public Schools Will Return To The Classroom

(Louisville, KY) - Jefferson County Public Schools will return to in-person learning after the Jefferson County Board of Education approved a version of Superintendent Dr. Marty Pollio's plan.

The plan approved Thursday night includes a hybrid schedule for elementary schools for most students except for special needs students who will be back in classrooms five days a week.

Kindergarten through second grade students will return March 17th with third through fifth grades returning the following day. 

Preschoolers will start attending classes on March 22nd while middle and high schoolers start their hybrid schedules on April 5th.
