(Bowling Green, KY) - Senator Rand Paul says there needs to be a debate over fraud in last year's election.
On ABC's This Week, the Kentucky Republican and former GOP presidential candidate also insisted secretaries of state changed the law illegally.
Paul later tweeted that he'll go to every state legislature over the next two years in an effort to fix laws.
