(Louisville, KY) - Jefferson County Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Marty Pollio says he can "see the light at the end of the tunnel."
Dr. Pollio made the comment Friday during a drive-thru COVID vaccination clinic for JCPS employees at Broadbent Arena.
At least 1,200 teachers and staff have received their first dose of the vaccination.
Pollio said he's "very confident" the district's classrooms will reopen this school year.
