U.S. Attorneys In Kentucky Are Stepping Down

The United States Attorneys in both the eastern and western districts of Kentucky are stepping down later this month.

It is not uncommon for U.S. Attorneys to step down during a change of administration.

Robert Duncan, Jr. has announced his resignation effective January 24th. Duncan says he will enter a private practice in Lexington.

In Louisville, Russell Coleman is stepping down as of January 20th after three years on the job in the Western District of Kentucky.

President-elect Biden will appoint their replacements.
