(Louisville, KY) - A Kentucky appeals court ruled Friday that a lower court acted correctly when it turned back a challenge by people opposing a TopGolf facility in the Louisville-area.
The move comes more than a year after a Jefferson County Circuit Court judge determined the city's approval for the complex was proper.
The property has been at the center of controversy for years, with neighbors saying it will be too loud and attract too much traffic to the area.
Those opposed can now either ask the appeals court to reconsider, or appeal to the Kentucky Supreme Court.
