Breeders' Cup Weekend Starts Friday

(Lexington, KY) - Breeders' Cup weekend starts Friday. 

This year's two-day, 14-race championship is being held at Keeneland Race Course in Lexington for just the second time.

Improbable has been installed as the 5-2 morning line favorite in the $6 million Classic. The field also includes Kentucky Derby winner Authentic and Belmont Stakes winner Tiz the Law.

The $2 million Distaff is headlined by Monomoy Girl, who won the race in 2018. She is the 8-5 morning line favorite.  The second choice in the Distaff is Preakness Stakes winner Swiss Skydiver at 2-1.  

The Breeders' Cup is Friday and Saturday.  No fans are allowed at the track because of the pandemic.
