(Louisville, KY) - A grand juror in the Breonna Taylor case says the panel wasn't presented any other charges except those filed against a former cop.
The statement from the anonymous individual also says members didn't decide the only charges in the case should be against Detective Brett Hankison. The individual says the grand jury couldn't pursue any additional charges because they only talked about what they were presented.
The statement adds homicide offenses weren't explained to them either.
Taylor died earlier this year during a raid at her home. Hankison is facing wanton endangerment charges for his role in what happened that night.
