LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Tiz the Law will try to become the first horse to win the Kentucky Derby after starting from the No. 17 post position.
The colt was made the morning line 3-to-5 favorite in Saturday's race. Trained by Barclay Tagg, Tiz the Law won the Belmont Stakes and Travers Stakes.
The second choice is Honor A.P. at 5-1. He will break from the No. 16 post.
Authentic will start on the far outside, in the 18 hole. The 50-1 longshot Finnick the Fierce drew the No. 1 post.
