(Frankfort, KY) - NBC News is projecting Amy McGrath the winner of the Kentucky Democratic Senate Primary.
The lead changed hands several times between McGrath and State Representative Charles Booker as the counting of the ballots from last Tuesday's election continued.
McGrath will face Mitch McConnell for his U.S. Senate seat in November.
