FRANKFORT, Ky.-- Kentucky begins Phase 3 of the reopening of its economy Monday.
Just about everything in the state will be open, from bars, wedding venues, public pools and Kentucky Kingdom.
Phase 3 allows gatherings of 50 or fewer people, and restaurants and bars can open at 50 percent capacity.
Professional event spaces can reopen Monday, including convention centers and music and concert halls.
Also, visitation can resume at assisted living and personal care facilities. Visitation will resume at nursing homes on July 15th.
Governor Beshear and health officials warn the reopening orders can be amended or changed depending on the spread of COVID-19. They are urging Kentuckians to social distance and wear masks.
