Gov. Beshear Outlines Schedule For Reopening State

(Frankfort, KY) - Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear has laid out plans for how the state will reopen. 

Beshear announced Wednesday that starting May 11th, some manufacturing and professional services at half capacity will be allowed to reopen. 

Car and boat dealerships, pet grooming and boarding, and horse racing without fans can also resume. 

Some restrictions on in-person worship services will be lifted May 20th and non-essential retail businesses will be allowed start up again on that day. 

Barber shops, salons, and cosmetology businesses will be given the go-ahead to resume services on May 25th, along with gatherings of ten or fewer people.
