(Louisville, KY) - The last day of non-traditional instruction for JCPS students will be Wednesday, May 27th.
The date was agreed to Tuesday night during a JCPS board meeting. The last day of school had been expected to be June 3rd.
The decision comes a day after Governor Andy Beshear requested all Kentucky schools call off in-person classes for the rest of the 2019-2020 school year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
