(Louisville,KY) - Louisville has settled a lawsuit brought by a church against Mayor Greg Fischer's ban on in-person services due to the coronavirus.
On Fire Christian Church was granted a restraining order preventing enforcement of Mayor Fischer's ban ahead of Easter weekend earlier this month.
The agreement announced Tuesday allows the church to continue to hold drive-in services.
On Fire Christian Church says it's grateful that the city is ensuring its policies are consistent with both the CDC and the Constitution.
