(Louisville, KY) - Jefferson County Public Schools is stepping up to donate unused medical supplies.
The district donated about 40,000 pieces of personal protective equipment Thursday.
The donation included N-95 masks, sanitizing wipes, gloves and shoe covers.
The supplies were donated to the Louisville Metro Health Department.
JCPS Meal Distribution To Cut Back To 3 Days A Week
(Louisville, KY) - Jefferson County Public Schools is decreasing the number of days it's handing out meals to students.
Starting next week, students will receive food on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays instead of each weekday.
Students will still receive the same number of meals during the week. There are about 50 feeding sites.
