Indiana State Police Look To Calm Fears Over Stay At Home Order

(Indianapolis, IN) - Indiana's top state trooper says the State Police will use their discretion in enforcing the state's Stay at Home order.

State Police Superintendent Doug Carter said Tuesday people should not expect a heavy-handed enforcement of the order.

People are allowed to go outside, and to make essential trips.

Carter also said that the Indiana National Guard will not be in charge of enforcing the order.
