(Louisville, KY) - A Jefferson County man is being ordered to self-isolate after previously refusing to do so following a positive COVID-19 test.
The Courier-Journal reports Jefferson Circuit Court Chief Judge signed the order for 66-year-old William Nooning over the weekend.
Nooning has been ordered to remain in his home in the South End for 14 days.
