(Louisville, KY) - The Jefferson County coronavirus patient traveled through Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport days prior to testing positive.
Airport officials say the 69-year-old man traveled through SDF as recently as late in the evening on February 28th, early morning of March 2nd, and late in the evening of March 6th. Governor Andy Beshear announced the man's positive test on March 8th.
Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness officials say the risk of exposure remains low.
